Before every battle, in biblical history, the armies of God always preceded their fight against the enemy first by sending front line instrumental music and shouts of victory.
Why would they do this? Basically, it alerts and intimidates the enemy that he will be defeated. Biblical leaders like Moses, Joshua, Gideon, David, and Ester, just to name a few, were always led to victory after inquiring of the LORD first. They each received their own specific instructions before entering into battle. Oftentimes they fasted and prayed. Sometimes they offered a sacrifice and praise. Each marched into victory because they heard and obeyed God.
I challenge you to study each of these leaders. Their task wasn’t easy. They all had to be bold, courageous, obedient, and stand in faith for the winning outcome.
Moses – book of Exodus – people brought of slavery. Joshua – book of Joshua – wicked walls of Jericho came down Gideon – book of Judges – winning a war with only 300 men David – book of 2 Samuel – many victories over the giants Ester – book of Ester – saved a whole nation of people
Perhaps you are in a life battle or a crossroad right now. What instruction is the Lord giving you to March into victory? Listen to His still small voice or an unction from Holy Spirit.
Fast and pray? Time with Him? Praise Music and Worship? Declarations for your victory? Standing in faith? Repentance?
Just get that journal out, hear Him, and start Marching into victory this March!
Blessings to you all. Get to KNOW Jesus, not just about Him.
