When was the last time you decluttered your home? When we think of decluttering, we think of getting junk out of our homes, but rarely do we ponder about decluttering our soul.
I am referring to decluttering as “soul deliverance” from soul clutter. It involves removing things out of our mind, body, emotions, heart of selfish or harmful will that should not be there. What mindset is taking you down the wrong path or belief? Are you listening to the worldly news, college scholars, traditions of men, godless holly.wood, financial fear mongers, worry? Or are you listening to the One True God through guidance of Holy Spirit ?
Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?
Holy Spirit is a real being and will lead us down the right path to remove the wrong soul clutter out of our hearts. Holy Spirits “convicts” the unbeliever of sin or the lost to repentance. It leads the believer by “convincing” us to do the right thing according to Gods Word through love.
If you have Holy Spirit, then you exhibit these traits.
Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
These character traits come by you KNOWING Christ Jesus. He is your Deliverer and cleans your messy house soul clutter. He removes the lies and junk that are not suppose to be in your heart by staying in His Word. He replaces it with love, wisdom and TRUTH! It’s Not gained by worldly titles, money, or gov leaders, etc. but by HIM.
Save your self some heart ache and call on Him for deliverance and peace.
